Are inexperienced with dieting & are looking for extra guidance with cooking & eating healthier.
I have great news for you! It is a lot easier than you think. You have a certain amount of weight you would like to lose so I will be assessing & creating you a specific diet plan & cardio regimen/schedule for you to follow. The key here is to take things step by step & my job is to ensure that your body adjusts to the program over time. We WILL NOT be jumping into strict diet & crazy cardio schedule. Our goal here is to allow your body to take on small changes over time.

For example the first few weeks we will want to start cooking more food at home rather than eating out or eating processed ingredients. Along with this we will want to set up a simple cardio routine looking to do 4-5 days a week (LISS cardio: low intensity steady state).

Then once we stay consistent with this regimen we will then want to look at certain portion sizes for the diet & hopefully aim to increase the LISS cardio duration every few weeks or so depending on how consistent the progress is. Our main focus is to gradually turn this regimen into a lifestyle suitable for you!
